Who is RENTUJEMY?

Founded in Warsaw, 2022
RENTUJEMY was founded in November 2022 by Adrian Barwicki (CEO), Lia Akhramovich (COO), and Sefa Ilkimen (CTO). The founding thesis was straightforward: short-term rental management in Poland was fragmented, standards were inconsistent, and guests deserved better — a single professional operator that owns the chain from booking to check-out, rather than a patchwork of subcontractors.
How we grew
We started with a single property in Warsaw in January 2023 and grew to 14 by the end of Q1. From there we launched a new city every quarter — Łódź, Gdańsk and the Trójmiasto, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań — reaching 100 properties by end of 2023, 200 by end of 2024, and over 300 by end of 2025. In 2025 we expanded to Dubai, chosen for its complementary tourism season and the absence of European-standard operators in the market.
