How cleaning and maintenance works

Automatic cleaning after every checkout

When a guest checks out, Rentujemy automatically schedules a professional cleaning team. You don't arrange anything — it's part of the management service.

Checkout detected

The system creates a cleaning task and assigns it to the cleaning team.

Cleaning performed

The team works to a standardised checklist: linen change, consumable restocking, appliance check, bathroom reset.

Photos uploaded

Time-stamped photos of key areas are taken after cleaning and stored in the system.

Property marked ready

Once the checklist is complete, the property is released for the next guest.

Maintenance and repairs

Issue reported

A guest or cleaner flags a problem — broken appliance, leaking tap, damaged furniture.

Task created

The Rentujemy coordinator creates a maintenance task. If the cost exceeds your agreed approval threshold, we contact you before proceeding.

Resolved and logged

Once fixed, the task is marked complete with photos. The cost appears as a deduction in your next payout statement.
