Parking is set per property

There is no single parking rule across RENTUJEMY apartments. Some buildings have free street parking outside the door, some sit inside a paid public parking zone, some include a dedicated garage spot or underground space, and some have no parking at all. The arrangement depends on the building, the street, and the city — so the only reliable answer is the one tied to your specific apartment.

Before you book

Parking details are written into every listing. Whichever channel you use, the parking situation is described there.

Check the listing description: Open the apartment on Airbnb, Booking.com, or RENTUJEMY.COM and read the parking section. It will tell you whether parking is included, paid nearby, garage-only, or unavailable.

Check the amenity list: Most channels also surface parking as a tagged amenity (free parking, paid parking on premises, paid parking off premises). Use it as a quick filter when comparing apartments.

Ask before you confirm: If anything is unclear, message the host through the platform before confirming the booking. It is much easier to switch apartments at this stage than to find a spot at 9 PM on arrival day.

After you book

Once your reservation is confirmed, the exact parking instructions for your apartment arrive in two places: the booking confirmation email, and the welcome message sent before check-in. Both include the same details — the building address, any access codes, the garage entrance if applicable, and which streets or zones to use if parking is on public roads.

Paid parking zones in Polish cities

In Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław (and several other Polish cities) the city centre is covered by a paid parking zone — SPP (Strefa Płatnego Parkowania). Inside the zone you pay by meter, app, or text message during working hours on working days; outside those hours and zones parking is free. Hours, prices, and zone boundaries are set and updated by each city, so we do not publish specific tariffs here — check the official city parking website on arrival day for the current rules.

If you can't find parking on arrival

Call the support number from your welcome message. We know the neighbourhood around each apartment and can usually point you to the nearest paid garage or surface lot within a few minutes' walk.
