How your monthly payout is calculated

The payout formula
Nightly rate − management fee (calculated on the nightly rate after cleaning costs are removed) − cleaning costs − other property expenses (maintenance, supplies) = your net payout. Upsells (early check-in, late checkout, etc.) are not part of your payout — they are retained by Rentujemy.
What counts as revenue
Nightly rate
The price paid by the guest for each night, set dynamically by Rentujemy's pricing system. This is the base on which your management fee is calculated, after cleaning costs are deducted.
Cleaning fee
The cleaning fee charged to the guest covers the actual cleaning costs. It passes through to the cleaning expense and is not part of your net revenue.
Common deductions
Management fee
Rentujemy's percentage fee for managing listings, guest communication, and platform operations.
Cleaning costs
The cost of professional cleaning after each stay. Covered by the cleaning fee charged to the guest — not separately invoiced.
Maintenance and supplies
Repairs or consumables restocked between stays. Costs above the agreed approval threshold require your sign-off first.
Platform commissions
Booking platform fees (e.g. Airbnb host fee) deducted before your payout is calculated.
Payout schedule
Payouts are processed once per month, typically in the first 10 days of the following month — for example, March earnings are paid in early April. Payments are made by bank transfer to the IBAN in your contract.
