Inviting a guest to book directly

3 min read · 3 min

What is a direct booking invitation?

If you already have a guest lined up — a friend, a repeat visitor, or someone who reached out to you personally — you can invite them to book your apartment directly through RENTUJEMY. The guest pays securely via our platform. You keep more because there is no Airbnb or Booking.com portal commission deducted.

ℹ️You are only charged our standard payment processing fee (Stripe) and the management fee as per your contract. No portal commission applies.

How to send an invitation

1

Open your property

Log in to rentujemy.com/owner-cockpit and click the property you want to invite the guest for.

2

Click 'Invite guest to book directly'

Find the invite button on the property page. This opens the invitation form.

3

Fill in guest details

Enter the guest's first name, last name, and email address. Choose the language their invitation email will be sent in — Polish or English.

4

Select the stay dates and guests

Pick check-in and check-out dates from the calendar. Only dates that are not already blocked are available. Set the number of guests (minimum 1) and pets if applicable.

5

Set the total price

Enter the total price for the stay in the property currency. This should include everything — the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. The price cannot be changed after the invitation is sent.

6

Send the invitation

Click 'Send invitation'. The guest receives an email with a secure payment link. The reservation is confirmed only once the guest completes payment.

⚠️The calendar stays open until the guest pays. If the guest does not pay, the reservation is not confirmed and the dates remain available.

After the invitation is sent

You will see a confirmation screen with a direct payment link you can also copy and share with the guest manually — useful if they missed the email. Once the guest pays, the reservation appears in your calendar and the normal RENTUJEMY management process begins.
