What is an owner reservation?
An owner reservation blocks a period of dates so no guests can book during that time. Use it when you want to use the apartment yourself, carry out work, or simply keep a period free.
ℹ️Owner reservations are a request — Rentujemy reviews and confirms them. You'll receive confirmation once it's set in the system.
How to make an owner reservation

Open your property
Log in to rentujemy.com/owner-cockpit and click the property you want to block.

Click 'Owner Stay'
Find the Owner Stay button on the property page. If you don't see it, your contract type may not include this option — contact your property manager.

Select your dates
Pick a check-in and check-out date. Only future dates are available. The calendar shows which dates are already booked.

Confirm the request
Click the button to send your request. You'll see a confirmation message when it's submitted successfully.
⚠️Owner reservations are limited to 14 days at a time. For longer periods, contact your property manager directly.
