How to list your property with RENTUJEMY

Is my property a good fit?

Before onboarding a property, we check three things:

• Location — We operate in Dubai (JVC, Marina, Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Hills) and Polish cities (Poznań, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk).
• Furnishing — Fully furnished, with kitchen essentials, bed linen, and towels. We will advise on any gaps.
• Condition — In good working order with functioning appliances. We carry out an inspection before onboarding.

The onboarding process

1. Get in touch — Fill in the contact form on rentujemy.com or rentujemy.ae. A RENTUJEMY representative will reach out within 48 hours.
2. Property inspection — We visit or video-call to assess the property and give honest feedback on its short-term rental potential.
3. Contract signing — We agree on the management fee, payout schedule, and terms. The contract is signed digitally.
4. Listing setup — We create your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and our other platforms — descriptions, pricing, and professional photos.
5. First booking — Bookings typically arrive within 1–2 weeks of going live. You receive your owner cockpit login at this point.
