Understanding your property calendar

Reading the calendar
The calendar in your owner cockpit gives you a live view of what's happening at your property. Each block of colour represents a different type of booking.
- Guest reservations — Confirmed bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms. You'll see the guest's first name and the check-in and check-out dates.
- Owner stays — Dates you've reserved for personal use. These are blocked for guests.
- Blocked / maintenance — Dates made unavailable by your property manager — typically for maintenance, inspection, or preparation.
- Open nights — Dates available for new guest bookings.
Reservation table
Below the calendar you'll find a month-by-month table listing every reservation: check-in, check-out, number of nights, and the revenue for that stay. Use the month selector to browse historical and upcoming periods.
💡If you notice a long run of open nights in an upcoming period, flag it to your property manager — they can review the pricing strategy.
