Making an owner reservation

What is an owner reservation?

An owner reservation blocks a period of dates so no guests can book during that time. Use it when you want to use the apartment yourself, carry out work, or simply keep a period free.

How to make an owner reservation

1. Open your property — Log in to rentujemy.com/owner-cockpit and click the property you want to block.
2. Click 'Owner Stay' — Find the Owner Stay button on the property page. If you don't see it, your contract type may not include this option — contact your property manager.
3. Select your dates — Pick a check-in and check-out date. Only future dates are available. The calendar shows which dates are already booked.
4. Confirm the request — Click the button to send your request. You'll see a confirmation message when it's submitted successfully.

Annual limit

Owner stays are capped at 30 days per calendar year across all your reservations. Once you reach the 30-day limit for the year, no further owner stays can be booked until the following calendar year. If you need to discuss an exception, contact your property manager.
