You see everything, in real time
Every reservation — confirmed, pending, cancelled, or blocked — appears in your owner portal the moment it is processed. There is no delay, no monthly summary you have to wait for, and no information held back. If a guest checks in tonight, you see it tonight.
What you can see per reservation
Booking channel
Whether the reservation came through Airbnb, Booking.com, a direct booking, or another channel — visible on every entry.
Gross booking value
The total amount paid by the guest, before any deductions. This is your starting point for understanding how the payout is built.
Deductions
Management fee, cleaning costs, and any maintenance or supply expenses — itemised per reservation so you can see exactly what was deducted and why.
Net amount
What you will receive for that reservation after all deductions. No surprises at month end.
Status
Whether the reservation is upcoming, in progress, completed, or cancelled — and if cancelled, whether any revenue was retained under the cancellation policy.
End-of-month forecast
Your portal shows a running forecast of your total payout for the current month, updated with every new reservation and every completed stay. You know what to expect before the payout is issued — not after.
