Why details matter

The AI assistant uses your access codes, WiFi password, and parking instructions to answer guest questions automatically, 24/7. Outdated details mean the AI gives wrong information, leading to frustrated guests and avoidable support escalations.

How to update your details

Contact your property manager to update any of the following: door code, key-safe code, building entry code, parking bay, parking access instructions, WiFi network name and password.

⚠️If you change an access code urgently (e.g. after a locksmith visit), call or WhatsApp your property manager immediately so the system is updated before the next guest arrives.

Cohosts can update details directly

If your property is managed under the cohosting model, you can update access codes, WiFi, and parking information yourself directly in the Rentujemy platform. See the cohosting section of this help center for instructions.
