What we handle
When you hand your property to Rentujemy on a full-management basis, we take care of everything that makes short-term rental work remotely.
Listings and distribution
We create and maintain your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and the other platforms we support. Descriptions, photos, pricing — all managed by us.
Dynamic pricing
We use data-driven pricing tools to maximise your occupancy and nightly rate. Prices adjust automatically based on demand, local events, and seasonality.
Guest communication
Our AI hotline handles all guest calls and messages 24/7 — check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi, complaints, and more. Guests never contact you directly.
Cleaning and maintenance
After every checkout we schedule a professional cleaning team with a verified checklist and time-stamped photos. Maintenance issues are reported and managed by our coordinator.
Payments and payouts
We collect all guest payments via Stripe and distribute your share monthly with a full payout statement.
What you handle
Very little. You keep your property details up to date (access codes, WiFi password) and respond to the occasional notification that requires your approval — for example, a maintenance spend above the agreed threshold. Everything else is us.
Your owner cockpit
You have access to a dedicated owner section at rentujemy.com. Log in to see your property calendar, view upcoming reservations, track your monthly payouts, and make an owner reservation when you want to use the apartment yourself.
