What changed
From your owner cockpit, you can now generate a private booking link for a specific guest and a specific price. The guest pays directly via RENTUJEMY — no channel commission, no public listing involved.
When to use it
Repeat guests, friends, family, corporate clients — anyone you want to bypass the public booking channels for. The link is single-use and tied to the dates and price you set.
How it flows into your payout
Direct bookings count toward your monthly payout the same way as channel reservations, but without Booking.com or Airbnb commission — so the net is higher.
