Check-in & Access

How to check in to your apartment

3 min read · 3 min

Complete your check-in form first

Before you can access the apartment, you must fill in the check-in form in the Rentujemy guest portal. You'll receive a link in your booking confirmation — open it and complete the form as soon as possible, ideally before arrival day.

1

Open your guest portal link

Use the link from your booking confirmation email or the Rentujemy message on your booking platform.

2

Fill in the check-in form

Enter the required details for all guests. This is mandatory — access instructions are only released once the form is submitted.

3

Security deposit (if required)

Some reservations require a security deposit. If yours does, you'll be prompted to authorise it in the guest portal as part of the check-in process. The deposit is a temporary card hold — not a charge.

ℹ️Check-in details are also accessible in the Rentujemy guest portal at any time after completing the form.

Accessing the apartment

1

Find the building entrance

Use the address in your check-in message. If there is a building intercom or entry pad, the code is included in your instructions.

2

Locate the key safe or smart lock

Most apartments use a key safe box mounted near the door, or a smart lock with a PIN code. Both are listed in your check-in message.

3

Enter the apartment

Use the code to open the lock or retrieve the key. Close and secure the door behind you.

4

Confirm your arrival

If prompted, confirm your arrival via your booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com) so the host is notified.

💡Having trouble with the code? Call our 24/7 support hotline — the number is in your check-in message. The AI resolves most access problems within minutes.

Standard check-in time

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, see the Early Check-in article for options.
