Standard checkout time
Checkout is by 11:00 AM. If you need more time, see the Late Checkout article.
Before you leave
Gather all your belongings
Check all rooms, wardrobes, and the bathroom. Don't forget chargers and items in the fridge.
Dispose of rubbish
Bag up rubbish and leave it by the door or in the designated bin area — details are in your check-in instructions.
Close windows and turn off appliances
Close all windows, switch off lights, and turn off heating or AC.
Return the key
Return the key to the key safe using the same code, or leave it in the location specified in your check-in instructions. Do not take the key with you.
Security deposit return
If no damage or rule violations are found during the post-checkout inspection, your deposit authorisation is released within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.
