How your payout is calculated

The revenue share model
Your earnings are a percentage of the total amount guests pay — this includes the nightly rate AND the cleaning fee. The exact percentage is in your contract.
ℹ️There is no platform or subscription fee. You only earn when the property earns.
What's deducted

Rentujemy management fee
The agreed percentage Rentujemy retains for distribution, guest communication, pricing, and platform management.

Actual cleaning costs
The real cost of cleaning after each stay. If you manage your own cleaners, confirm the arrangement with Rentujemy.

Maintenance
Any repair costs or consumables restocked between stays.
Payout schedule
Payouts are processed once per month, typically in the first 10 days of the following month. You can track all your payouts at rentujemy.com/payouts — log in with the same credentials as your owner cockpit access.
