Updating access codes and property details

Why this matters

The Rentujemy AI uses your access codes, WiFi password, and parking details to answer guest questions automatically. If the information is wrong, the AI gives guests the wrong answer — which leads to calls, frustration, and escalations. Keep it current.

Updating access codes

Go to My Properties

Select your property and open the Access tab.

Edit the relevant field

Update door code, key-safe code, building entry code, or any other access instruction. Changes save immediately.

⚠️If you change an access code urgently, also notify the Rentujemy coordinator by phone or WhatsApp so they can update any physical lockboxes or briefings already in progress.

Updating WiFi

Go to My Properties → your property → Internet tab. Update the WiFi network name (SSID) and password. This is the single most common guest query — keep it accurate.

Updating parking information

Parking bay number and access instructions are in the property details. Update them whenever anything changes — barrier codes, bay reassignment, or new instructions from the building.
