What are upsells?
Upsells are optional services that guests can purchase when booking or during their stay. Common examples: early check-in, late checkout, baby cot, welcome package, airport transfer.
ℹ️Upsells are offered automatically at booking based on what's enabled for your property. Disabled upsells are never shown to guests.
Managing upsells in the platform

Go to My Properties
Select your property and open the Upsells tab.

Enable or disable
Toggle each upsell on or off. If an upsell isn't practical at your property (e.g. no parking available for a transfer), disable it.

Update details
Some upsells have configurable details — price, description, or availability. Update these to keep the offering accurate.
