The idea
The cohosting model is a partnership. You're the local expert — you know the property, you can check on it, you coordinate with cleaners on the ground. Rentujemy handles everything remote: guest communication, distribution, pricing, reservations, and payments. Together, the property runs smoothly without either side doing everything alone.
What Rentujemy does
Guest communication
Our AI handles all guest calls and messages 24/7. Guests never contact you directly.
Distribution and pricing
We manage your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms, with dynamic pricing to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Reservations and payments
We process all bookings and collect guest payments via Stripe. You never handle money from guests.
Monthly payouts
We distribute your share of revenue monthly with a full statement. No platform fee — it's a revenue share.
What you do
On-site presence
You check on the property periodically, making sure everything is in order between stays.
Cleaning coordination
You manage cleaning tasks via the Rentujemy platform. You schedule or coordinate the team and confirm completion.
Property details
You keep access codes, WiFi passwords, and property information up to date directly in the platform.
How you're paid
Your earnings are calculated as a percentage of the total guest payment — nightly rate plus cleaning fee. The exact percentage is set in your contract. Payouts are distributed monthly.
