Adding a new property

How onboarding works

New properties are added through a RENTUJEMY sales representative. You can initiate contact via rentujemy.pl (Poland) or rentujemy.ae (Dubai). Onboarding typically takes up to two weeks from the first conversation to the property going live.

What to prepare

Professional photos

High-quality photos of all rooms, common areas, and building entrance. These are used for listings across all booking platforms.

Access information

The entry code or key handover method, building access instructions, and any parking or lift codes. You can update these later in your cohost portal.

Amenity list

A full list of what the property offers: appliances, Wi-Fi details, number of beds, towels, kitchen equipment, and any extras (parking, storage, gym access).

Property documents

Proof of authority to rent — ownership document or management agreement — as required for platform compliance.

After onboarding

Once the property is live, RENTUJEMY handles listings, guest communication, and reservation flow. You manage access codes and property details through your cohost portal.
