Cleaning standards and checklist

Who organises cleaning

Cohosts are responsible for arranging cleaning between stays. RENTUJEMY does not provide cleaning services — you manage your own cleaning team or service.

Required standard

Every room must meet the following minimum standard before the next reservation begins.

Bedroom

Fresh linen and pillowcases on all beds, dusted surfaces, vacuumed or mopped floor, empty rubbish bin.

Bathroom

Clean toilet, sink, bath and/or shower; fresh towels; refilled soap and toilet paper; no mould or hair on surfaces.

Kitchen

Clean cooker, hob, and oven; empty and clean sink; wiped surfaces and cabinet fronts; clean and empty dishwasher or drying rack.

Living area

Vacuumed upholstery and floors, wiped TV and surfaces, no personal items left from the previous guest.

Photo documentation — mandatory

Before each reservation, you must upload photos of the property to RENTUJEMY's system. The timestamp of the upload is recorded and used as evidence that the property was in good condition at the start of the stay.

⚠️Without a timestamped photo upload before the reservation, damage claims cannot be processed. Photos uploaded after check-in are not accepted as pre-stay evidence.
