Every cohosting arrangement has a named RENTUJEMY coordinator who is your primary point of contact. Their details are in the platform under Settings. For operational questions — task issues, missing information, process questions — message via WhatsApp or the platform's comment system.
ℹ️For non-urgent questions, allow a few hours for a response during business hours.
Urgent operational issues
If a guest is unable to check in, a property has a serious problem, or you need immediate support, call the RENTUJEMY operations number in the platform. This line is monitored around the clock.
⚠️For life-threatening emergencies, always contact local emergency services first: 112 in Poland, 999 in Dubai.
