How to check out

Standard checkout time

Checkout is by 11:00 AM. If you need more time, see the Late Checkout article.

Before you leave

• Gather all your belongings — Check all rooms, wardrobes, and the bathroom. Don't forget chargers and items in the fridge.
• Dispose of rubbish — Bag up rubbish and leave it by the door or in the designated bin area — details are in your check-in instructions.
• Close windows and turn off appliances — Close all windows, switch off lights, and turn off heating or AC.
• Return the key — Return the key to the key safe using the same code, or leave it in the location specified in your check-in instructions. Do not take the key with you.

Security deposit return

If no damage or rule violations are found during the post-checkout inspection, your deposit authorisation is released within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.
