What is a coupon code?

A coupon code is a short text code (for example SUMMER20) that gives you a discount on the accommodation price when booking directly on RENTUJEMY.COM. Codes are issued by RENTUJEMY for promotions, special offers, or as personal discount codes for specific guests.

How to apply your coupon

1. Go to RENTUJEMY.COM and choose your apartment — Browse available properties and select the dates you want. Coupons can only be applied to direct bookings on rentujemy.com — not to reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms.
2. Enter your code at checkout — In the booking form, find the 'Promo code' or 'Coupon code' field and type your code. Codes are not case-sensitive — SUMMER20 and summer20 work the same way.
3. Check the updated price — Once applied, the discount line appears in the pricing summary showing the amount saved. Review the total before confirming your booking.
4. Complete your booking — Finish the booking as normal. The discounted amount is what you will be charged.

What the discount applies to

The discount is applied to the accommodation price only — it does not reduce the cleaning fee. For example, if your stay costs 500 PLN (nightly rate) + 150 PLN (cleaning fee) and you have a 20% coupon, the discount is 20% of 500 PLN = 100 PLN. Your total would be 400 PLN + 150 PLN = 550 PLN.

Coupon not working?

A few reasons a code may be rejected:

• Expired — The code has a validity period. Check whether it is still active — your RENTUJEMY contact or the promotion terms will specify the dates.
• Wrong property — Some codes are restricted to specific apartments. If the code doesn't apply to the property you've chosen, try a different one or contact us.
• Personal code — Codes tied to a specific guest email will only work when booking with that email address.
• Usage limit reached — Some codes have a maximum number of uses. If the limit has been reached, the code will no longer be accepted.
