Filming and photo shoots

Commercial shoots are not permitted
⚠️Our apartments cannot be rented for film, video, or photographic production. A booking with RENTUJEMY covers accommodation for the guests staying, and nothing else.
This applies whether or not anyone stays overnight, and regardless of crew size — including small shoots described as "just a couple of photos".
Why we cannot make an exception
Our apartments sit in residential buildings with neighbours, and our agreements with owners cover accommodation only. We are not able to approve a shoot even as a one-off.
Taking photos as a guest
Photos and videos for your own personal use during your stay are completely fine. The restriction is on commercial and production use.
