What happens after confirmation

• Confirmation email — You receive a detailed confirmation with your reservation ID, property address, check-in and check-out dates, and the amount charged.
• Guest portal access — A link to your personal guest portal is included in the confirmation email. From there you can view check-in instructions, request add-ons, and contact our team.
• Check-in instructions — Detailed check-in instructions — including door codes and access notes — are sent automatically closer to your arrival date.
