Mailbox access
⚠️We are not able to provide access to the mailbox at any of our apartments. The mailbox belongs to the property owner and is not part of what is rented to guests.
That means we cannot accept post addressed to you, and we cannot use an apartment address for registration or correspondence purposes.
Parcels and deliveries
For a parcel arriving during your stay, we recommend a parcel locker or a pickup point near the apartment — these are widely available and let you collect at your convenience.
If you are expecting a courier who needs to hand a delivery over in person, tell us in advance and we will let you know whether it can be arranged.
