Your apartment is hotel-ready on arrival

Before every guest arrives, our team prepares the apartment to a hotel standard. You don't need to bring anything for the basics.

Bathroom

• Towels — Fresh towels for each guest — hand towel and bath towel.
• Shampoo & conditioner — Travel-size bottles provided.
• Shower gel — Provided for each stay.
• Hand soap — At the sink.
• Toilet paper — Starting supply ready on arrival.
• Hair dryer — Available in the bathroom or wardrobe.

Bedroom

• Fresh bed linen — Freshly laundered sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases for every guest.
• Pillows and duvet — Provided for all beds.
• Hangers — In the wardrobe for your clothes.

Kitchen

• Salt & pepper — A set of salt and pepper is provided in the kitchen.
• Cooking oil — A bottle of neutral cooking oil is left for your use.
• Laundry capsule — 1 laundry capsule is provided for use with the washing machine.
• Washing-up liquid & sponge — For hand-washing dishes.
• Dishwasher tablets — Provided if the apartment has a dishwasher.
• Bin bags — A supply of bin liners is ready under the sink.

What's not included

Food, personal toiletries beyond the starter set, and extra cleaning products are not provided. For longer stays, mid-stay cleaning and additional laundry capsules can be ordered as add-ons through your guest portal.
