Quiet hours
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep noise at a level that won't disturb neighbours — this includes music, TV volume, and any gatherings.
Maximum occupancy
The number of guests in your booking is the maximum allowed in the apartment at any time. Additional unregistered guests are not permitted.
No parties or events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This protects neighbours, the property condition, and ensures your security deposit is returned in full.
Smoking
All Rentujemy properties are non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on private balconies or terraces where available. Violations result in a cleaning surcharge charged against your deposit.
Pets
Pets are only allowed in properties explicitly marked as pet-friendly in your booking. If you have a pet and are unsure, contact support before your stay.
