Below your reservations you'll find the Issues & Repairs section. It lists every open and recently resolved maintenance item.
Read the status
Each issue shows a status badge so you always know where things stand.
What each status means
Reported
A problem has been flagged — by a guest, cleaner, or coordinator. The team has taken note and will schedule the repair.
In progress
A technician or maintenance person is actively working on it. If the cost requires your approval, we contact you separately before proceeding.
Resolved
The issue has been fixed and the task closed. The cost, if any, will appear as a deduction in your next payout statement.
