VAT invoices — uploading your invoice
1 min read · 1 min
Who needs to upload an invoice?
If you are a VAT-registered business (i.e. you have a VAT number on file with RENTUJEMY), you are required to issue a VAT invoice to RENTUJEMY for each monthly payout. Private individuals who are not VAT payers do not need to do anything.
ℹ️If you are unsure whether you should be uploading invoices, ask your accountant or contact your RENTUJEMY property manager.
How to upload your invoice
- Go to rentujemy.com/payouts — Find the payout settlement you want to invoice.
- Click 'Upload Invoice' — This button appears on payouts where an invoice is required and has not yet been uploaded.
- Upload the invoice file — Select your invoice PDF from your computer.
- Enter invoice details — Fill in the invoice number, issue date, and total invoice amount.
- Select the VAT rate — Choose 'Exempt' (zwolnione) or '23%' depending on your VAT status. Contact your accountant if you are unsure.
- Confirm — Click Confirm. Your invoice is uploaded and sent for review.
Invoice status
- Uploaded — Your invoice has been received and is pending review by the RENTUJEMY accounting team.
- Sent to accounting — Your invoice has been reviewed and accepted. The payout will be processed.
⚠️Payouts requiring an invoice will not be released until your invoice is uploaded and accepted.
