How payment works
All payments are processed securely online through Stripe at the time of booking confirmation. You will not be asked to pay anything in cash at the property.
Accepted payment methods

Credit and debit cards
Visa and Mastercard are accepted in all markets.

BLIK
BLIK is available for bookings made in Poland.

Other Stripe-supported methods
Additional local payment methods may be available at checkout depending on your location.
⚠️Cash and bank transfers are not accepted. All payments must be made online at the time of booking.
Security deposit
A security deposit is pre-authorised on your card at or shortly before check-in. This is a temporary hold — not an actual charge — and the funds are released within 5–7 business days after checkout if no damage or violations are found. See the Security Deposit article for full details.
