WiFi, parking, and apartment amenities

WiFi

Your WiFi network name and password are in your check-in message. You can also call our AI hotline at any time โ€” just ask for the WiFi details and they'll be read out to you.

๐Ÿ’กIf the connection is slow, try restarting the router. It's usually located near the TV or by the entrance.

Parking

Parking availability depends on the property. If parking is included, your bay number and access instructions are in the check-in message. Guest parking areas are clearly marked. Contact support if you're unsure where to park.

Kitchen and appliances

Each apartment is fully equipped โ€” cooker, fridge, kettle, and dishwasher where available. Basic essentials (washing-up liquid, sponge, bin bags) are provided. If an appliance isn't working, contact support.

Bed linen and towels

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. If you need extras during a longer stay, contact support and we'll arrange a mid-stay refresh.

Heating and air conditioning

Controls are usually on the wall in the main room. If you can't locate them or the system isn't responding, call our support hotline โ€” they can walk you through it remotely.
