Flexible cancellation for direct bookings

When you book directly through rentujemy.com, you benefit from our flexible cancellation policy. You are never locked in.

Cancel 7+ days before arrival

Full refund. No questions asked.

Cancel less than 7 days before arrival

You pay only for the nights already used, plus one additional night as a cancellation fee.

No-show

The first night is charged. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

ℹ️Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other OTAs are subject to the cancellation policy of that platform, not RENTUJEMY's direct policy.

Payment processing fee

All bookings include a small payment processing fee (typically 1–2% of the total amount) charged by our payment provider. This fee covers the cost of card authorisation and fraud protection and is non-refundable in all cancellation scenarios.

ℹ️The processing fee is deducted before your refund is issued. For example, on a 1 000 PLN booking a 2% fee means a 980 PLN refund on a full cancellation.

How to cancel

To cancel a direct booking, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund within 5 business days.
