How guests receive access
Access codes are sent to guests automatically before their check-in. Guests do not need to coordinate with the cohost — codes are delivered through the RENTUJEMY platform once the reservation is confirmed and verification is complete.
Managing codes in the portal
You can view and update access codes — door codes, building entry codes, parking codes — directly in your cohost portal under Property Management. Keep codes accurate; they are sent to guests as entered. Changes take effect immediately for future reservations.
If a guest is locked out
Locked-out situations are handled by RENTUJEMY support, not the cohost directly. If a guest contacts you about access, direct them to RENTUJEMY support. Do not share codes via personal messages — always let the platform deliver them.
