Who communicates with guests

RENTUJEMY handles all communication with guests — before, during, and after the stay. This includes pre-arrival instructions, in-stay support, and post-stay follow-up. Cohosts do not communicate with guests directly.

ℹ️If a guest contacts you directly — by phone, message, or in person — redirect them to RENTUJEMY support. Do not provide personal contact details or attempt to resolve guest issues yourself.

How support works

Routine guest questions are handled by RENTUJEMY's AI support, available 24/7. Urgent issues are escalated to a human agent within minutes. Only if the situation requires local cohost action will RENTUJEMY contact you with a specific request.

Your role in escalations

Cohosts only act when RENTUJEMY support reaches out to them directly with a specific task — for example, confirming a maintenance issue or arranging emergency access. Outside of these escalations, no action from you is needed.
