Guest verification

What we verify

Before a confirmed reservation is granted access, every guest goes through RENTUJEMY's verification process. We collect and check: a government-issued ID document, a matching selfie, a verified phone number, and prior booking history across platforms. You see only the result — approved or not approved. You do not receive the guest's personal documents.

ℹ️No guest receives access without passing verification. This is not optional and cannot be waived.

What happens if verification fails

If a guest cannot be verified, the reservation is not confirmed. RENTUJEMY contacts the guest and, where possible, redirects them to suitable alternative accommodation. As a cohost, no action is required from you — we handle the full communication.

⚠️Rejections can result in penalties under the booking platform's policies. RENTUJEMY manages any platform communications on your behalf.

Your role

Cohosts do not communicate with guests during the verification stage. If a guest contacts you directly about verification, redirect them to RENTUJEMY support. All verification decisions are made solely by RENTUJEMY.
