Your deposit adapts to your history

First-time guests may be asked to pre-authorise a security deposit before check-in. Guests who have stayed with us before and left properties in good condition pay a lower deposit — or none at all. Trust is built over time and reflected in your booking terms. The deposit is never charged unless damage or a rule violation is found.

We verify who you are

Before confirming a reservation, we verify guest identity. This protects the property, the neighbourhood, and every other guest who stays there. Verification is quick and handled digitally — you won't need to present documents at check-in.

One team, end to end

The people who prepared your apartment are the same team you call if something goes wrong. We do not outsource cleaning, maintenance, or support to anonymous third parties. If there is an issue, you speak to someone who knows your property — not a generic support agent reading from a script.

Digital access — no coordination required

You receive your door code before you arrive. There is no key handover to schedule, no waiting for someone to show up, no dependency on another person's calendar. You check in when you're ready.

AI support with instant human escalation

Routine questions — WiFi password, bin day, checkout time — are answered instantly by our AI assistant, at any hour. If something is urgent or unresolved, a real member of our team is reachable within minutes by phone or WhatsApp. There is no ticket queue between you and us.

Privacy during your stay

We do not enter the apartment during your stay. Your space is yours for the duration of your reservation. In the event of an emergency that requires access, we will notify you first.
